Funny enough, the pink nose is actually considered a “defect” for Samoyeds . Both the ones the family have had since I’ve been alive have had pink noses.

Samoyeds are great! They just don’t like to be left alone, mine gets really mad at us if we all leave the house at the same time.

We’ve had two and neither of them have ever destroyed anything, so I guess we’ve been lucky on that front. Lots of overturned trash cans and shredded papers though, so keep the filing cabinet locked up. Plus our last one was very good at stealing food, we lost whole roast chickens, pizzas, etc. to him.
Worth it though.

Our first Samoyed Benton did this probably 15 years ago when he locked himself in the bathroom. It's a funny story when people come over.
